Type of Project: Complete renovation project & Remodelling.
Our client spoke to APG and we advised to do a complete renovation of the existing floor so no need for breaking out concrete which saved much more time and money.
The project involved renovating and remodelling an apartment particularly new flooring and windows throughout.
APG renovation did a full new installation of all the floor tiles in the apartment.
We had to level the existing floor with levelling compound to make the new tiles look spot on.
Also, a special synthetic resin-based primer is applied and preparation + scoring of the old floor to make sure the new tiles would make 100% contact with the adhesive.
New PVC double glazed windows were installed in all the rooms and an extension on the terrace so there was more space to sit outside.
Afterwards, we removed the old bulky internal sliding doors and installed new standard wooden doors equal with the surrounding walls.
The apartment received a complete makeover and is looking stunning after the full renovation.
